Two doors back to love

⎯⎯◇⎯⎯

We grow up looking outward—

seeking approval, chasing more—

forgetting the quiet voice within.

What once protected us—trauma, imprint, samskara—

becomes a mask we wear so long

we forget our own face.

And yet, in rare moments—

a child’s laugh, a breath that softens,

a wave of music or a sunrise—

the mask slips.

We glimpse the vastness we always were.

At the center of this journey are two doors,

always open, always waiting:

Door one: Being.

The door of stillness.

When the moment has ripened,

there is nothing to fix, nothing to do.

We soften around the pain, we breathe,

we let awareness rest gently on what hurts—

and in that simple presence, healing unfolds.

The body releases tension,

the heart restores coherence,

and love re-enters the room.

Door two: Becoming.

The door of movement.

Some moments ask for action—

for energy to flow, for truth to be expressed,

for fire to burn a little longer before it settles.

When we give voice to what was silent,

when tears or laughter move freely,

life completes its cycle,

and we are restored to wholeness.

Two doors.

Two invitations.

One choice: Love.

In this here-now moment, what is life asking of you?

To let go or let come?

In your relationships, what is life asking of you?

To let go or let come?

In this season of your life, what is life asking of you?

To let go or let come?
