Preparing for Your Guided Breathwork Session (Home Visit)
These gentle invitations are offered to support a safe, grounded, and heartful experience.
Preparing The Space
Choose a place where you can lie down comfortably and feel at ease. Trust what feels natural in your home.
I will bring a mat, blanket, and optional blindfold. We can also use yours if you prefer.
Create a quiet, undisturbed space. Please ensure no one plans to enter the space right before, during, or after the session.
If helpful, soften the environment—dim lighting, fresh air, whatever makes you feel relaxed.
Preparing Yourself
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy breathing and relaxation.
Avoid heavy meals for 1–2 hours before the session if possible.
Come as you are—no need to prepare mentally or emotionally. Curiosity and openness are enough.
I encourage you to leave at least one hour after the session before returning to meetings or responsibilities. The time after is an important part of integration, allowing insights and embodied shifts to settle.
Afterwards
Drink water and move gently.
If it feels right, allow some quiet time—rest, journaling, or a slow walk.
Be kind with yourself. Integration continues naturally over the hours and days that follow.
If you have any questions or specific needs, you’re always welcome to reach out ahead of time. We’ll shape the experience together in a way that feels safe and supportive for you
