Spaceholder Reminders
Holding space for what wants to move, and for re-recognizing presence.
This moment, a doorway.
Breath, an anchor.
Pain, a call for attention.
Silence, a bridge.
No roles. Nothing to do. No one to be.
***
Before — arriving
One breath. Feel the feet on the ground.
Hand on heart. Nothing to bring except this.
I am not here to help. I am here to meet.
Check-in — moment to moment
Am I free, happy, and in love — or is there a need driving me?
Am I with them, feeling them in heart — or am I working?
When the pull comes
Noticing I am teaching: What's here, not what's next.
Carrying their weight: The feeling is not a problem to solve.
Filling silence: The silence is already working.
Reaching for a framework: Drop the map. Feel the room.
Wanting them to get somewhere: This moment is the destination.
Left my own body: One breath. Come back.
Explaining presence: Be it instead.
When something charged, alive, raw arises — stay there. Don't name it yet.
When the session feels incomplete — it already did what it needed to.
After — releasing
One breath. Let it move through.
Whatever was theirs — give it back to life.
Whatever was mine — let it settle.
The session is complete. I am whole.
