Join Hampus and Hillary for an evening of Yin yoga accompanied by live guitar music. This class takes place during a new moon, an excellent time to slow down, go inward and set intentions. Hillary will guide you through a yin yoga sequence designed to encourage release and allow space for your true needs to arise from within while Hampus provides the healing tones of live guitar. The combination will allow for deeper self-reflection and release as we usher in the new lunar cycle.
