Welcome to explore the space between effort and surrender.
Through the breath, we begin to notice—
when to hold on,
when to let go,
when to act,
when to soften.

As we breathe, tension melts—emotional, physical, energetic.
Old patterns surface and dissolve.
We shift from thinking to feeling, from doing to being,
from separation to connection.
We remember how to let the heart lead—
how to live as light.

This 6-session series gently builds from one session to the next,
inviting trust, ease, and a new way of meeting life through the breath.

To prepare:
• Avoid heavy meals and coffee 3 hours before (a light snack is fine).
• Wear comfy clothes you can move and breathe in.

About This Class:

This session uses conscious connected breathing, allowing you to explore deeper layers of tension, emotions, and connection. With the extended time, we create a safe and spacious environment for you to drop into the process fully and explore beyond the surface. Each session is tailored to the energy of the group and the theme of the day.
