With the breath as our guide, we’ll release what no longer needs holding, listen inward, and open to what wants to take shape in the year ahead.
No prior experience is needed, but please be aware that active breathwork can bring up physical or emotional sensations. See this preparation and integration guide to learn more.
Bring: Cozy clothes, a journal, water, yoga mat and blanket (extras available).
