Whether you’re familiar with breathwork or stepping into this practice for the first time, this class meets you where you are and supports you in going deeper.
About This Class:
This session uses conscious connected breathing, allowing you to explore deeper layers of tension, emotions, and connection. With the extended time, we create a safe and spacious environment for you to drop into the process fully and explore beyond the surface. Each session is tailored to the energy of the group and the theme of the day.

Preparation Tips:
Avoid heavy meals and stimulants like coffee at least three hours before class—a light snack is fine.
Wear comfortable workout or yoga clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely. You’re welcome to bring layers or something cozy to help you relax during the session.
Bring a water bottle and a journal for reflections and insights (we’ll also provide paper and pens if needed).
