Join us for a 75-minute guided journey designed to help you release inner tension, integrate emotions, and explore your inner world. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this class is open to all. You’re welcome to bring any intention—whether it’s to support personal growth, improve vitality, enhance athletic performance, or simply enjoy the experience of connecting with your breath.

About This Class:

We’ll use a technique called conscious connected breathing. Each session flows differently depending on the energy and theme of the day, but it’s always designed to meet you where you are.
No prior experience is needed, but please be aware that active breathwork can bring up physical or emotional sensations. If you’d like to learn more, check out this link: https://form.jotform.com/243562120207344.

Preparation Tips:

Avoid heavy meals and stimulants like coffee at least three hours before class—a light snack is fine.
Wear comfortable workout or yoga clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely. If you’d like, bring layers or something cozy to help you relax.
Bring a water bottle and a journal for reflections and insights
If you’re new to breath as a practice, you can also join one of our Sunday 2 hour sessions, where we have time to go deeper
